Everybody have different ways of absorb information. Just like peoples have different ways of learning. Some are visual learner or some you can give them a book and they can learn from it. Just like back in high school they want us to take notes a certain ways. They want us to take "Corneille Notes" the school believe its easier that way. As for me its more confusing and messier, it is some what organize but it just doesn't work for me. Everyone have different ways of learning and doing things. Its nice that others give you ideas on how to improve your way of learning. But in general every one is different so is their way of learning. If they did find a way that works best for them then let them do it their way. Instead of forcing them to learn your ways or others.

I strongly agree with what Ms. Jackson is saying in this articles about spoiling our children. It is true base on the family background and how both parents were raise. In America society the parents are afraid to laid their hands on their children, because they afraid that their children will call the police on them. As for me coming from a Vietnamese families. Both of my parents were raise with strict house rules and behavior rules. So coming from a very strict family is a good thing. Although my mom had provide me a very good health, clothing and foods. She does not spoil me like the rest of the children that she knows (even if I was the only child). Peoples say being an only child is spoil. But I disagree, because as I remember when I was little. I asked for a doll, even after my mom had say no for three times. I kept on asking her but she didn't respond to me. Boy was I wrong, I got a good spank when I get home. After that incident I know not to asked her again unless I really want it and something to prove that I really need it. Society nowaday are afraid to discipline their child because they think if they spank them then they are a bad parents. I believe that if you don't spank them and teach them a lesson they will get worse later on. Also they know how to take advantage of their parents if they do certain things. If that was how they were raise, imagine what it would be like if they grow up and treat others. Like if they don't have it their way they will throw a tantrum. Overall, the parents should discipline the children when they are doing something wrong or tell them that the world doesn't involve around them.

Doesn't matter if the students are disable or not. They still a person, they have the right just like everyone else does. So what if they are disable that doesn't mean you should treat them differently like any other students is.

I agree with William Kelly argument. Like Mr. Kelly says if we kept on neglecting the health care program there might not be a health care provider that who cares for us. I strongly believe that Texas should keep Planned Parenthood. They provide health care for women who are low income. Overall the more we neglect our health care plan of America due to their greediness. Some others will neglect on others plans.

Some college don't just base on your grade, or how many community service hours you have. Some college will accept you base on your skin colors. Some University don't want to be known as a racist school. That why some of the school will accept you because of your skin colors so that they can be a diverse school.

I agree what the writer is writing in this article. I myself attended Texas school on my senior year of high school. Every time that we learn something new, the teacher will say this will be on the TAKS or this questions will be on TAKS. Or TAKS will asked you this and you need to know it if you want to pass. I never heard the teacher say that "oh this section or questions will be on the finals or midterm". Even though I went one year but I felt like the teacher were stressing us about TAKS. Like saying oh pass the TAKS and make us look good instead of wanting us actually learn something from it. One time I over heard a teacher was talking to another teacher saying that sometimes they take the answer booklet and erase some of the wrong answers and mark the correct answers. I believe every school have a standard grade that they have to met with the Board of Education. I believe the school district would do anything to make the school or the teacher themselves looks good. Even if it meant to put a lot of stress on their students. Also with so many budget cut on the school activities. The students wouldn't have that much things to do to relax their minds after a stressful day at school. I believe we should have a goal of what we want to teach our students. But stressing them about the state standard test isn't an opinion. I know back when I was in high school I learn only a certain things that will be on the TAKS other than that I didn't really take anything with me to college, beside being stress out about passing the TAKS test in order to graduate high school.
Stage Two
http://www.chron.com/news/houston-texas/houston/article/Perry-wants-even-more-restrictions-on-abortions-4109439.php
After reading this article I totally support what Rick Perry is doing (although sometimes I don't) to protect the unborn baby. We shouldn't get rid of the baby because of us adult making bad choices. We Texas have a high rate of teen pregnancy and unprotected sex. Although I think what he is doing is great but that doesn't mean that Texas teen pregnancy is going to drop. I like the idea that Perry is making it harder for women who have the access to have an abortion. Perry sign several bills that in order to have an abortion, the women or mother's of the baby have to get a mandatory ultrasound. Passing this law Perry also want this law aimed at excluding Planned Parenthood from the state's Women's Health Program. All in all the baby should be killed due to the mistakes that the adults had made.
